Sign-Up to Attend an Eliot Camp
Three More Options for Obtaining Application Forms and Information:
  1. Pick up materials at your church. If you cannot find a display of Eliot Institute information, ask at the church office, ask the Religious Education Director, or ask the minister.
  2. Look for the Eliot booth at the Pacific Northwest District February conference (AGM - Annual General Meeting). Pick up flyers, applications and other information. Ask questions of Eliot staff, board members and volunteers at the display. Fill out your registration form while you are there.
  3. Request that forms or information be sent to you by mail. To save us time and expense, please request this only if you are unable to print the form from your computer. You can make your request by e-mail to our registrar: registrar@eliotinstitute.org or use the mailing address on this page. Even if you request the form by mail, please review the registration information contained on this website.

Registrations are accepted up to one year in advance. Fill out the form and send it in with a check for your $50 per person deposit (even if you expect to be on staff). Mail the form and check to our registrar at the address on the form.

Consider also printing out the registration information, since that page explains the process, the refund policy and other things you will want to know.

Financial Assistance is Available

While most people find the fees for Eliot camps very reasonable, they can be a hardship to some. To deal with this problem, the Eliot board has established a scholarship fund, which may allow you a reduction of up to 50% on the cost. You also might want to apply for a staff position, some of which provide stipends.
